What is the returns policy?
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may exchange or return any Robin Brock Merchandise with the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and accessories
- Music merchandise (tapes, CDs) must be unopened
- Exchanges only. No cash returns.
- There is a $4.00 returns or exchange processing fee for items exchanged that are not damaged or defective (determination of damage or defect will be at our sole discretion)
- For exchanges please allow 2-3 weeks for you to receive your new product.
- If an item is on back order or discontinued, you will be contacted via email by one of Customer Service Reps.
- Naturally, we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from robinbrock.com.
- In the event that an item has a manufacturer error or flaw, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with MERCH in the subject line.
How do I return an item?
Just follow these 3 easy steps:
1.On your packing slip, please write the reason for your return.
2.Wrap the merchandise securely and box it with the packing slip.
3.Affix the return label from the front of your packing slip on the package and ship to the address indicated on the label. *
*We strongly suggest that you use a traceable delivery method for your return shipment. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper; include the reason why you are sending it back.
