I’m a bit behind in the blogging…yikes. This was interesting to me…I did a blog search first on myself and found these reviews (that I’ve already seen) posted on Blog sites.

I was able to do some more research and I have some work ahead of me, but I found at least 33 blogs to check out – that’s a good start.
I’ve been writing stories, poetry and stuff since I was about eight years old, so the blogging thing is easy, it’s just getting my butt in gear to write something other than songs…again, the little voice on my shoulder is saying you’re between touring and making an album, what in the hell do you have to say that’s interesting?
Good question. So I’ll just fly at it and write anyway.
I’m still working on my pitch, and I need some input…please. I’ve been trying to put a modern comparison to my music…Pink attitude for sure, Buckcherry riffs.. so if you could head up to the player and take a short listen to my songs and tell me what your thoughts are, I would really appreciate it. I’ve heard the comparisons to Benatar and Heart, but I would like a more 2010 comparison (ugh, I hate that word, but can’t think of another more appropriate one.) Another challenge I have, is my first two albums are more melodic/classic rock, but Monsters, my latest, has evolved slightly into touches of electronica (just quoting a review), although it still has lots of guitars; this is the first time we’ve (my producer/co-writer John Capek and I) used loops.
